I bought a Pajero 2014 in Sale from Sam. It took me 4 hours to get there . The car was great. Sam was laid back with no pressure and I tested the car around town . I drove the car home and it was great but found it had an issue with the air conditioner later in the trip. I contacted Sam at Mitsubishi Sale. He told me there had been an issue but believed it was fixed .Sam said get a quote . I got a quote and booked it in . 2500 dollars later ,he paid as soon as the job was completed to my local car mechanic. No complaints. No arguing over price . Just get it done. Could not recommend this dealership more highly. From the first phone call I received to the final handshake driving my new car out of their lot, this dealership was a stellar example of what buying a car should be like. After weeks of navigating disappointing dealerships and car salesmen who were unable to provide clear answers on their vehicles' history or very basic clarity on warranty validity, I was cautious and mistrusting of any car dealer from the get-go. I expressed interest in one of the vehicles Sale Mazda had on offer and asked them to send me photos of the service history prior to me embarking on a 2.5-hour car trip to check it out. Their sales representative, Henry Myers, contacted me promptly, supplied all the photos, and answered every single question I had about this vehicle with no hassle and no hesitation. He applied zero pressure on me to buy or view the vehicle at any point, was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and was more helpful than all of the dealers combined whom I had dealt with in the weeks preceding. Safe to say, poor Henry endured a CSI-level interrogation on this car from me as I combed through every potential grey area of warranty questions, car condition, and any potential opportunity to be hoodwinked (purely due to my poor previous dealings with other dealerships). Henry answered EVERY detail, every question, and supplied documented evidence to me along the way to back up the history with zero complaints, no delay, and continually apologised for the experience I'd had with previous dealerships. I honestly cannot sing the praises of Sale Mazda dealership louder. They were transparent, honest, professional, and customer-focused at every single part of the process. Every single phone call and interaction I had with this dealership (from Henry to accounts, service managers, you name it) upheld the same level of professionalism and customer service. It made the process seamless and a pleasure. Cannot thank them enough; my new car is fantastic and I have walked out of the experience with a very high bar of what car shopping should be. I have zero doubts that this car will serve me for the next decade+, but when the time comes for the next car, I'm going to save myself the nightmare and just drive straight to Sale. An enormous thank you to the whole team at Sale Mazda and a standing ovation to Henry 👏👏. You deserve a medal for enduring the third degree of questions I put you through, and at no point did you make me feel like I was asking too much. Your professional, brilliant customer service skills and willingness to build back my trust in the process are what gave me the confidence to sign the contract.
